![]() There’s something in the air right now—an intersection of uncertainty, trust, and divine timing.
Just last week, within the span of an hour, I received emails from three different clients who had all done something bold: they quit their jobs without a perfectly laid-out plan. Not exactly anyone’s first choice, right? And yet, something deep within them said, It’s time.
And then? Immediate confirmation that they had made the right move.
✨ One client had been debating leaving her corporate finance job for months. She finally took the leap—and just weeks later, the company announced a major restructure. Entire teams were laid off, and former colleagues were scrambling for new roles. “I would have been caught in the chaos,” she told me. “Instead, I got to step away on my terms.
✨ Another client had been deeply unhappy in her role but feared walking away without a new job lined up. After months of hesitation, she finally quit. Two days later, her father unexpectedly fell ill, and she was able to be fully present with her family in a way she never could have if she’d still been juggling work stress. “It was like I made space just in time for what really mattered,” she said.
✨ A third client felt stuck in a toxic work environment but was terrified of financial instability. After declining an offer to extend her contract, she panicked—but within a week, an old contact reached out with a short-term project that paid double her usual rate. “I couldn’t have planned it better if I’d tried,” she told me. “It was like the universe was waiting for me to say no before it handed me a better yes.
The longer I do this work, the more I believe this: trust yourself.
Not the overthinking, spinning-in-circles part of your brain—that’s just noise. But the deeper, quieter, wiser part of you that knows what’s right.
Even if all you know right now is “not this.”
(I know, I know—it would be nice if the universe delivered a step-by-step roadmap with every nudge. But that’s rarely how it works.)
Often, we only truly trust those whispers when things get unbearable—when it no longer feels like a choice, but something you have to do. When the discomfort of staying becomes greater than the fear of leaping.
And if you’re not at that breaking point yet, that’s okay. Sometimes, we need to sit in the discomfort a little longer before we’re ready.
Pain can be a push. Not because life is unfair, but because sometimes the universe has to make it really clear that it’s time to move.
So if you’re feeling the nudge—if something deep within you is whispering “there’s more for you” - I hope you give yourself the gift of listening.
Sending love for your own whispers and nudges, and the courage to follow them… even before all the dots connect.

PS—Have you been feeling those nudges lately? The ones that don’t feel “safe” from a logical perspective, but somehow feel right? I’d love to hear about it. Hit reply and tell me. 💛 |
