Imagine holding a plan for your next career steps in your hands.
Imagine that plan being something you made, using all the knowledge of who you are, what you need from your next step, and what you are capable of.
The Soul Search for Career Clarity is a self-paced mini-course featuring 8 powerful videos and a 26-page accompanying guidebook. These resources are designed to help you clear away the noise, reconnect with your true self, and tap back into your body compass—just like the exercises in my larger Pathfinder Program.

Long story short: It’s a rich, soul-searching experience, ready to help you find clarity and figure out exactly what you should do next.
Here's a sneak peek...
#1: Take Stock
All successful journeys start with a 'You Are Here' marker. So, we begin by figuring out where you are now, and how things have been going in your career so far. Trust me, this is a fun one (and the best way to begin).
#2: Curate Your Skills
Finding a great career is not just about the skills you do or do not have. It's about knowing your natural, baked-in strengths, which skills you enjoy using, and how you can use them as building blocks for your ideal career.
#3: Know Thyself
I’ve had many clients find their breakthrough moments with this exercise. It’s what they needed to find that deeper understanding of their ideal work environment, which is a major piece of the career puzzle.
#4: Tap Your Interests
To help you figure out what your interests are, or to record them if you already know, I dare you to spend an hour with yourself, answering a questionnaire like you’re conducting your own interview.
#5: Time to Turtle Step
The final step is your chance to create your next steps and break them down into tiny, doable little milestones I like to call 'turtle steps'. Your steps will be unique to you (there's nothing cookie-cutter about this approach).
MEET THE COACH BEHIND THE GUIDE
Kia ora! I'm Liz.
I'm a life and career coach on a mission to help people like you find the career that feeds their soul as well as their finances.
I started life as a clinical researcher with the 'ideal' life that society expected. I was gritting my teeth through soul-draining work, constantly battling the Sunday Scaries, and fighting against the sense that none of it really 'fit' me.

Just a couple of years into this career path I'd spent so long training for, I found myself where so many of my clients do: burnt out, hating work, but terrified of making a change. Terrified of throwing all that away, and stuck without a next step.

All of that changed when I started looking inward to define my next career step. With this self-paced course, you create that magic for yourself too.

No more fearing the 9 to 5, no more gritting your teeth through the day, no more wondering, 'what if?'.

Here's to never dreading another Monday again!
